By holding this concept, Miss Elda Chong founded CALORIE RESTAURANT by year 2007.
By using the most original taste, she apply her 3 important concept : low sugar, less oil & seasonings on Hong Kong style cooking.
Our aim is to open 3-5 branches within KL area in the next five years, so it is convenient for people to enjoy a low calorie, more healthy food.
This Hong Kong style restaurant is located in Bandar Baru Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. While the chefs are carefully selected and strictly trained. In order to achieve customer satisfaction, we conducted a market survey to food, enhance food flavour, and meet the current market’s taste and preference.
CALORIE Hong Kong Restaurant’s signature dish -Pork Chop Rice with Pumpkin not only help to sustain beauty, but also high in nutrition. In addition, the dish is priced reasonably. The special crafted pumpkin case plus the sweetness of the pumpkin meat, combined with the crispy pork chop will allow one to savoor the most delicate flavour of this fusion.
